Ursuline's bachelor's degree program in Business Management allows you to develop a solid foundation in all aspects of business. The curriculum includes courses that are integral for a solid foundation to expand your skills and knowledge, as well as possible areas of focus that will best meet your needs and goals for the future.

    • Identify and apply the major concepts in the functional areas of business including accounting, marketing, finance, and management.
    • Evaluate the legal, social, and economic environments of business.

    Accreditation

    Ursuline has achieved specialized accreditation through the International Accreditation Council for Business Education, which means this program demonstrates a commitment to continuous improvement, excellence in business education, and advancing academic quality. Accreditation means that the academic business unit’s programs are sufficiently strong to be considered as high-quality programs, and that the academic business unit is functioning effectively (e.g., is producing excellent student learning and operational outcomes).

    Public Disclosure of Student Achievement

    Bridge Program: Undergraduate Business Management Degree Program

    Ursuline College undergraduate junior or senior students with a 3.0 GPA or higher may take up to 4 MBA courses (12 credit hours) toward both MBA graduate credit and undergraduate credit.

    The following are the eligible graduate courses:

    • Any of these 6 courses may count toward one of the following electives: General, Business Management, or Sport Management.
    • Students my take MBA 501 in place of BU 440 Leadership Competencies.
    • Students may take MBA 669 in place of BU 358 Entrepreneurship.
    • Note: Two electives are required for students in both undergraduate Business Management and undergraduate Sport Management.

    An organization for women entrepreneurs and business professionals annually awards scholarships to Ursuline junior- or senior-year female students who demonstrate financial need and are pursuing a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Management. WIN (Women In Networking) Cleveland established this scholarship as part of its mission to provide “opportunities for women to learn and thrive, personally and professionally.”
