I chose Ursuline because of its fast paced and online structure.
How has your education from Ursuline helped you?
My education at Ursuline has helped me to understand new areas of business and helped narrow my desired path in the business world. Before attending Ursuline I did not know that Data Analytics would be where I am now! I am now pursing my MBA and am excited to continue my journey at Ursuline.
What was your favorite class and/or favorite professor? Why?
My favorite class was with Anne Murphy Brown and it was our Capstone course. In the class, we got to participate in a GLO-BUS competition with other students. The GLO-BUS simulation provides valuable hands on experience with all areas of running a business. Getting to make decisions for your company and seeing how it impacts your performance was extremely helpful. I am extremely grateful to have been selected to participate in the GLO-BUS Best-In-Strategy invitational.
Have any advice for an adult learner who is new to Ursuline?
Plan and work ahead when possible on coursework, always attend optional class zoom calls when you can, and stay in touch with your professors. It can feel distant in an online program, remember they are there to help you.
