The Ursuline College Board of Trustees provides oversight and support to the College. 

Ursuline College Board of Trustees

Effective June 30, 2026, when governance of the two institutions was unified, Gannon University's Board of Trustees now also serves as the Board of Trustees for Ursuline College. They will oversee the College until the merger is complete in late 2026.
