The Ursuline College Board of Trustees provides oversight and support to the College.
As part of the ongoing merger with Gannon University, a new nine-member transitional Board of Trustees now governs Ursuline College, effective June 30, 2025, following the formal Change of Control. This board includes six members from Gannon University and three long-time Ursuline College trustees. They will oversee the College until the merger is complete in late 2026.
The transitional trustees bring diverse professional backgrounds from across Northeast Ohio, New York, and Pennsylvania as they preserve Ursuline's mission and values during this process.
We thank our outgoing trustees for their dedicated service and welcome our new board members for their commitment to Ursuline College's mission of educating students for service, leadership and professional excellence.
