Welcome to a whole new way of learning

The Institute for Women, Wellness and Work is about empowering women with flexible, meaningful learning options that enable them to drive change, both in their own lives and the lives of others. It’s for women who want to keep growing and developing, or who want to strengthen their current careers, or switch paths completely and need an option where learning doesn’t get in the way of living.

It’s an exciting time to be a woman: we’re making the buying decisions and wellness choices, starting new businesses, thriving in the gig economy, and making an impact in boardrooms across the country. Investing in yourself to access the incredible opportunities that are out there for the taking - all you need are some additional skills and knowledge.

Be part of the wellness solution

The demand for wellness services and positive mindset-focused leadership has never been greater. Professionals in every field, from social workers to school administrators, HR professionals to people leaders, need training to help those around them focus on physical, mental, financial and spiritual wellness.

Whether you’re re-entering the workforce, looking for a traditional corporate role, want to start your own business, or you want to get in on the flexibility of the gig economy, start here, with us. Our programming includes workshops, certificate programs and micro-credentials that you can use immediately - and a definitive first step towards your career goals. If you’re working toward a bachelor’s or master’s degree, we have that covered too.

Join a diverse community of like-minded women

The Institute is a place where you can learn, connect and thrive. We’re building on a tradition of putting women first for nearly 150 years. Our goal is to enable all women to succeed, and with business and community partnerships, we’re able to offer grants to women from disadvantaged communities. Every decade brings new challenges - and new opportunities. What do you want to learn today?
