Career success requires essential professional skills that aren’t often taught. At Ursuline, our Career FIT program certifies students in the skills employers need. It starts with an assessment of student strengths and interests. Next, a personal Career Coach unpacks the results of that assessment, matches the student to an in-demand career, and maps out an educational and internship path to get there. Successful completion of online modules leads to certification in up to five key professional skills – providing the proof employers say they want.
