    Step One:

Complete our FREE Application for Admission at

    Step Two:

    • Submit Official Transcripts from all colleges and universities previously attended to the admission office.

    • If transferring in less than 30 credit hours and/or have less than a cumulative GPA of 2.50, you will be required to submit the additional information:

    - Official High School Transcript/GED
    - Resume
    - Letter of Recommendation
    - Accuplacer Writing Assessment (administered on site)

All Documents can be sent to:
    Ursuline College
    Office of Admission
    Attn: Processing Center
    2550 Lander Rd
    Pepper Pike, OH 44124

    Step Three:

Schedule your appointment with an admission counselor. At this visit, the admission counselor will complete an evaluation of your transfer credits, review the curriculum, discuss tuition and funding options, and help you register for classes.

    Guidelines for Transferring Credit

Coursework from other regionally accredited institutions with a grade of C or better will usually be accepted as transfer credit.

Your GPA from other institutions does not transfer, but we do calculate your college GPA across all institutions attended. This GPA is used for admission and scholarship decisions.

Once you are accepted to Ursuline, you will receive an official transfer credit evaluation outlining how your prior credits have been applied to your degree program at Ursuline. Your Admission Counselor can provide you with an unofficial estimate of how your credits will transfer at any point in the process.
