For Admitted Graduate Students

Congratulations on your acceptance to the School of Graduate Studies at Ursuline College! As you weigh your options and make plans for your future at Ursuline, follow this simple checklist for an easy transition.

Step 1: Submit your Enrollment Intent Form

Included with your admit packet is the Enrollment Intent Form. To accept Ursuline’s offer of admission to the School of Graduate Studies, please complete the form and return it to the Office of Graduate Admission. You are welcome to mail back this form with the enclosed postage-paid envelope or fax it to 440-684-6138.

Step 2: Things to do Before Your First Class

There are many things to do to get ready for class! Download the checklist.

Step 3: IT Instructions, Email, MyUrsuline, Desire 2 Learn

From email and the D2L learning management system to the Jenzabar administrative system, IT provides instructional and classroom systems, infrastructure, technical services, and computer help to the campus community. Download the IT Instructions.

Step 4: Get Started at Ursuline

Whether you haven’t been on a college campus in many years or trying to navigate a new campus, here is a list of places to know around campus. Download the Getting Started List.

Step 5: Finance your graduate education

Questions arise all the time about financial aid, student bills and more. Contact Financial Aid with any questions.

Step 6: Register for Classes

Once you have attended orientation and/or met with your academic advisor, you will be able to register for classes. Your first semester at Ursuline you are not able to register for classes online. In subsequent semesters you will be able to access the online application.
