As Executive Director, Dr. Caccamo oversees both the operations and the administrative functions of SNAP, LLC. These include oversight of the company’s clinical and non-clinical departments. She brings to her position more than 25 years of experience in clinical healthcare delivery and strategic business planning. Prior to joining SNAP, LLC, Dr. Caccamo held senior level executive positions at Envision, as well as at Christiana Care Health System. She holds multiple degrees, including an MBA and MHA, both earned at Wilmington University, Wilmington, DE, a DNP from Chatham University, and an MS in anesthesiology from the Medical College of Pennsylvania, Philadelphia.
Stephanie Woodruff, DNP, CRNA, CHSE
Nurse Anesthesia Program Director (NAPD)
Associate Professor
Dr. Woodruff serves as the Program Director of SNAP. She graduated from Georgetown University in 1994 with a bachelor’s in nursing. In 1998, she received her master’s in nursing from the University of Pennsylvania and was certified as a Nurse Practitioner in Women’s Healthcare. Dr. Woodruff became a Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist in 2008 after graduating with her second master’s degree from the University of Pennsylvania. In 2017, she received her DNP from Wilmington University. She is the State Peer Advisor for Pennsylvania through the AANA and is a member of the Pennsylvania Association of Nurse Anesthetist Wellness Committee. Dr. Woodruff continues to practice clinically once a week.
Jessica Hammond, DNAP, CRNA
Nurse Anesthesia Assistant Program Director - West (NAAPD-W)

Dr. Hammond graduated with her BSN from Washington State University’s Intercollegiate College of Nursing & Whitworth College in 2005. Dr. Hammond worked in the Cardio-Thoracic ICU at the University of Washington before earning her MSNA and DNAP from Virginia Commonwealth University in 2010 and 2011 respectively.
