Teresa Barber is a professional executive specializing in project management, healthcare operations, information technology, and leadership development. As Vice President of Support Services and Chief Information Officer at Southwest General Hospital, she successfully oversaw the hospital’s comprehensive, integrated Electronic Medical Record project and was named 2013 CIO of the Year by Crain’s Cleveland Business.
