Sharon Zimmerman Wilson, MSSA, LISW-S earned a master's degree in social work from Case Western Reserve University’s School of Applied Social Sciences. She is a licensed independent social worker with supervisory status. She has provided consultation to community agencies around such issues as domestic violence, professional boundaries, supervision, clinical engagement/assessment and strategic planning. She has served on the Council on Field Education (Council on Social Work Education), the ASWB Task Force (Association of Social Work Boards) and co-chaired the Field Education Track. Her scholarship focuses on effective field education models, ethical practice, and use of professional supervision to improve service delivery and client outcomes.
