    Student Service Center

    The Student Service Center, also known as One-Stop, serves as a single point-of-contact for student services related to the Registrar, Bursar and Financial Aid offices.

    Registrar

    The Student Service Center works very closely with the Registrar’s Office. At the Student Service Center you can:

    • Register for classes
    • Find out when classes are provided
    • Add/drop courses and withdrawal from courses
    • Receive academic advisor information
    • Obtain grade reports and verification of enrollment
    • Order Transcripts
    • Get Your Student ID
    • Get Your Parking Registration

    The Registrar, Barbara Helms and the Assistant Registrar, Leah Sullivan are located in Mullen 202B.



    Bursar

    The main functions the Student Service Center provides with regard to the Bursar’s Office are

    • Bill payments
    • Tuition deferments
    • General tuition and fee questions
    • Questions about taxes or obtaining your 1098-T form
    • Provide copies of student statements
    • Setting up a payment plan - Fall Semester
    • Setting up a payment plan - Spring Semester
    • Itemized billing statement

    If students have questions on the payment plan, please contact the Student Service Center. Accelerated Nursing Students who need to sign up for the payment plan, please contact Ann Britton in the Bursar’s office at 440-646-8311.



    Financial Aid

    The Student Service Center assists students with general questions regarding their financial aid. We can help with general questions about the FAFSA, loans, scholarships, repayment, award packages and filling out required documentation. If students need to meet with a financial aid counselor in-person, they can contact the Student Service Center to set up an appointment.
