I chose Ursuline for the small class sizes and it felt like home as soon as I stepped foot on campus. Ursuline offered me a bowling scholarship, which gave me the opportunity to bowl at the next level while going to a school that was perfect for me.
Putting My Ursuline Degree to Work
The Education Department at Ursuline is great. My third interview for a high school teaching job involved teaching a lesson to a class. I was really prepared and I got the job!
I’m Making My World More…
[Supported]. I love the school where I teach. Because of my Ursuline bowling experience, I was able to start my own team. I am the head bowling coach at Louisville High School. Starting my own bowling team has been a dream of mine and something I wouldn't have been able to do without the opportunities Ursuline provided. I hope to stay in Louisville schools and raise a family. I love this community and the students here. It has small-town values and support which is something that I felt at Ursuline.
