    Business

I loved the opportunity to get a completely different type of experience in a business setting that is focused around helping others.

    Why I Chose Ursuline

I came to Ursuline to play soccer and double major in mathematics and business, focusing on actuarial mathematics. However, I soon realized that wasn’t the path I wanted to take. A socially conscious international business course convinced me to drop actuarial studies, add a minor in psychology, and pursue business management focused on values.

Putting My Ursuline Degree to Work

I had the opportunity to learn about the nonprofit world as an intern at Regina Health Center, a nursing facility in Richfield, Ohio, run by the Sisters of Charity Health System. It was a very different experience from my previous internship with a private wealth management firm.

    I’m Making My World More…

[Ethical]. I loved the opportunity to get a completely different type of experience in a business setting that is focused around helping others.
