Creating a new pathway for an inclusive campus community.
Ursuline College's Offices of Diversity and Mission invite you to join our new Diversity Dialogues initiative. Held over the course of the Spring 2024 semester, Ursuline students, alums, faculty, and staff will have opportunities for learning and discussion with the goal of creating an inclusive campus. Discussions will focus around the following groups of people who:
Throughout the semester there are multiple opportunities to join the conversation and gain understanding and empathy for each of the four groups above. You can attend one or more awareness sessions, participate in immersion experiences, and/or share monthly with a conversation partner.

Additionally, the dates and locations for all education sessions and immersion activities will be announced electronically, and more information will be shared with details on how to sign up for a conversation partner.
